There are 2 listed on reverb now and I just ordered a new one 5 days ago... shoot.

I wanted to let Buzzard know. I forgot to engage the 80hz low cut on my play acoustic pedal last night and had a lot of feedback issues. It was fine after I turned it back on!

Seems like the time to experiment with placement is fairly important. I think I will do more of that in the future.



All of the mikes, even the worst, were a huge improvement over the untreated K&K mini.


The AKG C535 has to be just about the best all round condenser mic there is! It is good for just about anything apart from hand held vocal work. Love em

Totally agree! I've owned my 535s for 30 years. I love them for live vocals, as it's pattern leans a little towards hypercardioid (directional). Leagues better than an SM57, especially on female voice.
