Case Repair?
I have two cases that have busted handles, hinges and latches. One case used to be a great well-made case but is really beat. The other is for an old family heirloom guitar and the case is original to it and probably valuable.
The components are all riveted in. Anyone have experience getting these repaired? Whom do you use? What are the costs like? Thanks |

I would think that a higher end luggage store would be able to help you. Try locating a few in your area and call em up to see if the do repairs.

^^ This. Wade Hampton has often recommended luggage repair shops, since instrument cases are just funny shaped luggage.

A few hours grazing through the McMaster-Carr catalog may be profitable. Handles and latches are well represented there. Might find some useful stuff.
