In various country bands I've opened for Willie Nelson, Lee Ann Womack, Billy Ray Cyrus, Faith Hill, David Lee Murphy, Lisa Brokop, Tim McGraw, Tracy Lawrence, Confederate Railroad and a few others I can't recall.

I can’t really remember much about the sixties, but I’m almost certain I was there.

Being British I’m guessing I was probably in John Mayall’s Bluesbreakers for a while, maybe Procul Harum ....

I expect we opened for the Beatles.

Several different bands, and several recording sessions. Opened up for Three Dog Night just before they went gold, (talented guys!) and recorded with Gerry Rafferty, Harry Nilson, several others. I was lucky enough to live across street from Terry Kath for a winter while Chicago was living in L.A., he gave me lessons when I was too young to know how valuable they were. When I was a teenager, our band got to play private parties for Hugh Hefner and Petersen Publishing Co, editors of Road and Track I think. The parking lot was much better than our band.

I had worked with Faith Hill for 12 years, Tv shows, corporate dates, award shows and touring in the summers from 2002 thru 2014. Currently just working in town. Too old to want to be on the road anymore. Started quite late though, didn't start working on the road till the tender age of 44!

I had a band in the 80's called "KC Craine and the Conditions." We opened for a lot of bands in the SF Bay Area: Huey Lewis and the News, David Lindlay, Greg Khin, Jefferson Starship, Leon Russell, Men Without Hats, Eddie and the Tide, and many others I can't recall. I remember that Huey was the nicest dude...and the band was great.

I was in a very famous band called Harpy in the 70s. We did some serious gigs at the Olla, LA rec hall. The girls dug my Lobo covers.

I only played in bands from '78 to '82, but at 16 years old me and my buddies won a huge battle of the bands and as a result, got to open for a band called Starvation Lake who had a recording contract in '79. It was a fun show in our hometown with about 1500 in a beautiful theater.

In about '85 or so I did a solo opener for Larry Mccray who was/is a blues guitarist that toured with Clapton in Europe for a while.

I also had fun opening a show for Jim Tozier a few years back

So it's true, I'm only a legend in my own mind and even that is fading!

Played drums in a band back when there was a contemporary Christian music industry before it all went to worship music. Opened for some bigger-named artists back in the day, but none of you would probably know their names.

Way back in the late 70's I was that college folkie singer/songwriter guy on campus. Played all the bars, dorms, coffee houses. There was an all day music fest on campus one Saturday and I did my 45 minutes opening for George Thorogood and the Delaware Destroyers. Of course, my set was at 3 PM and he came on at 8:00. So, technically, I opened for him.

Back in the 70s, I performed as a solo in shows with a few popular bands with funny names, like Merry Go Round, the Seeds, the Leaves, the Rascals, and T Bone Walker's band... I've opened for Jane "Big Mama" Thorton, Alice Cooper, Richie Havens, Dave Mason, and J.J. Cale....
