Default Ryan Nightingale for strumming??

I believe (I maybe wrong) that the Ryan Nightingale and Cathedral are great and excellent as fingerstyle guitars. What about Nightingale as a strummer?
I know that all guitars can be used for different purposes like strumming, flatpicking, fingerstyle etc...... But the fact remains that some guitars are better suited or made to performed to their potentials in certain key type of playing.

So what about Nightingale used in praise and worship type of strumming and flat picking?

Has anyone played a 25.5" Nightingale instead of the standard 25.7" Nightingale?

I think nightingale would be a better strummer if both guitars had same wood combination. nightingale has a more focused sound and since it's a smaller body will have better projection.

I played an amazing one the other day. the best nightingale I've played! and it's on sale! pm me for details

I love the sound of my Nightingale strummed, though the Cathedral sounds fine as well. I think the Nightingale is a more allround guitar.

I've found both the NGS and CGF great strummers. Sure, I mostly fingerpick on the Ryans and use a flatpick on the Collings and Martins, but alot of times the guitar I want to play is a Ryan and I don't feel like fingerpicking. Sometimes I'm pretty heavy handed, and they hold up very well.

I've never played a 25.5 scale Ryan, except for the 12-string. It also takes a flatpick very nicely.
