I looked around several places and couldn't find it. You might try contacting him via his Facebook page. He writes back to people (he did in my case).

Great! Thanks for sharing, Barry. I've downloaded the file for future use. Right now I'm focused on learning Rainy Windows. The problem I'm having is, believe it or not, jumping from the first page to the second. I've not got that much under my fingers yet and not memorized, so I'm stuck get that first strain smooth. Also, my fingers seem to want to try different things, especially as it nears the second ending of that first strain. Maddening. So I've only got two pages started and what, nine more to go?

I appreciate you bringing all this stuff to my attention. My short/mid term goal is to have a one hour solo set with a lot of different stuff.

I get that too. I call it fumble fingers.

Warming up and going really super slow helps.
