Best tab app
I have only an iPad, no computer. Is there a good music notation/tab app I can get so I can share ideas and arrangements here?
Although I work as a sound person and use wirelss remotes and such I'm a neo-Luddite at heart, so user friendly is a big plus...as is affordable. TIA W

I really like Songsterr. I was lucky enough to download it early enough for a one time price. It's a monthly subscription now.

I use Tabs HD. I paid a small one-time fee for lifetime use. Has nice features such as autoscroll. I recommend it very much.

Hi Wyllys. I use ForScore. It's $10. I've tried several. All have some nice feature of its own but ForScore seems to be my favorite.
It can sort by name, author, genre, and other ways. You can import / export to gmail or Dropbox. It has a nice crop function and of course you can also set up set lists. I used to love DDGigbook but after about the third time it closed itself while I was playing I decided to move on. ForScore takes a few hours to learn the in and outs but really isn't too hard. It also has a metronome and tuner. You can do markups, you can type over (but not really edit). I'm sold on it. Updates are regular and I've not had a single crash yet in the four or five months I've been using it.
