Big Shout Out To . . .
RODE Mics.
I purchased my Rode NT4 (X/Y stereo) mic back in 2008. It has been an integral part of my home studio the past six years and I have been very pleased with the results I've achieved recording my acoustic guitars. About a week ago the mic started getting a little noisy so I contacted RODE NA right here in SoCal and shipped it to them for repair. Since I had registered my mic online back in 2008, I had a 10 Year warranty so they immediately shipped me a brand new NT4 - no questions asked. GREAT MICROPHONE - GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
