Hi JPD,

Resurrecting a dead thread, hope to get some feedback from some LO-16 owners. I am considering one as an office/beach/camping guitar. I plan to play with a flatpick, and sometimes playing hard. Does this guitar have the headroom to prevent "muddiness" with a firm strumming hand?

Hey BD......I think you'll find it very good for your stated purpose. I never use a pick, but when i played hard and dug in she rang clean, depending on the gauge and what tuning I was in. It's also a VERY sturdily built Loar! J.D.
