PICS BELOW !! Thanks Fitness1 Another video http://www.akustik-gitarre.com/4-11_...021.856.0.html The model I am selling is a larger body than this one on the video being played by Peter Finger Folks I am bummed I bought this great guitar and received it a week ago Sitka top, EIR back and sides, Ebony FB and bridge with Padauk bindings on fingerboard Bone nut and saddle with NEW Hiscox case It comes standard with the 46 mm or 1 and 13/16 nut I thought I could manipulate this increased size from the standard 1 and 3/4 inch nut but to no avail So to the good members of the AGF I present this great guitar that is set up beautifully, and sounds fantastic fingerpicked or strummed NOTE I WILL GIVE 24 HR APPROVAL ON THE GUITAR AS I AM THAT CONFIDENT YOU WILL LIKE IT! Save over $500 on same model Stevens make very good guitars and are based in Munich Germany The finish is something I have never seen , very organic satin finish It has a really cool open concept rosette as well as open concept headstock and is the lightest guitar I have ever played I can send over pics for you but on link below you can tab down to the "L" model and take a look at it......... http://www.guitars.de/stevens-custom...model-bariton/ Last edited by Towzer; 07-28-2014 at 05:10 PM. You might want to include some specs & sizes, proportions, etc., as no one knows what an L model is, & I couldn't find one on their site.

Pictures from the website look nice, but I'm kind of curious: if you commissioned it, why not just ask for a 1 3/4 nut?

Stevens L Soulwood
it came in that size standard and I had played one previously and thought for fingerstyle it may suit my needs better than 1 and 1/4 but after having it for a week I just cant get used to it

I had the same issue with an Ensor guitar. I actually ordered a 1 3/4" neck, it came in closer to 1 13/16. Could have sent it back but thought I'd get used to it. I couldn't and it's for sale. Just wanted to note to other readers that this makes sense to me after having been in a similar situation.

Here's a well done video of a Stevens Soulwood (looks to be a grand auditorium sized instrument) that I thought was nice sounding. Playing starts about 5:10...
