Default HELP with chord progression

Please help. I'm struggling w/ the chord progression in this song. I think it's in B flat, but I'm struggling w/ many of the chords. Granted, they're playing ukes, but it shouldn't be that hard. AAhhhhhhhhh!

Help?!?

Without confirming by playing it on guit, it sounds like the chord progression is

Intro and chorus
Cm+2 F Bb Eb Cm+2 F Bb6

Verse
Cm F Cm F BbM Bb2sus Bb (x2)

Instr. breack
Cm F Cm F Cm F Bb

Bridge:
Bbm Fm Ab Ebm (x2) Gm

That should get you in the ballpark. Ukeleli-ists can probably ID some of the chords more accurately.

Thanks Patrick. I really appreciate it. I had about 2/3 of it figured out... a few of those really threw me. Thanks again.

If you can figure that out just by listening you are one blessed person!
