Anyone own a Digitech Trio or Trio Plus for jamming?
As the title says. This device looks interesting, and I was wondering what sort of success people have had with it.

I have both, just upgraded to the Trio Plus. Been tons of fun, great tool for working out concepts/ideas for tunes and jams.
If you are interested in the Trio, I am selling my original for $115 shipped in US. Like new condition.

Thanks for the reply, and I'll give your offer some thought. It certainly looks like an impressive device. How well does it 'catch on'? Can it provide a backing to more complex material, or does the user really need to stick to simple chord progressions?

I've had the best results using 'vanilla' (Major, Minor, 7ths) chords to teach the bass line. Then I use the Trio styles selection to get a more complex bass line. It definitely looks for the root of the chord to generate the bass.
