I'm unfamiliar with her but I'll accept the compliment! I strung it up yesterday for a short bit, even with pre intonation it sounded great! Tons of volume, and a very even sweet tone.

Love the look of the maple fretboard...are you going to seal it in some way to keep it looking good?

Col

Thanks for taking a look at my thread!

I've built a number of maple fingerboards and have just oiled them as the players wanted the ware marks to show.

On this fingerboard I applied a very thin coat of epoxy and rubbed it out, in my tests this worked well to preserve the maple.

Dion, it was a treat meeting you at Woodstock. Thanks for coming by our table.
And I'll echo what all are saying, this is a lovely instrument!

Thanks! I was a little nervous adding that much length to the headstock, but I'm really pleased with how it turned out. It will now be standard on all my guitars.

Really nice to meet you as well Steve, your guitars sound even better than they look and that's saying something! Looking forward to seeing you at future shows and thanks for the compliment.

This one is wrapped up and back from our tour to Woodstock and Montreal . The guitar was received extremely well by those who had the chance to play it. Now it's in my cozy shop, it's birth place, but looking to grow wings and fly away. P.M me for details if you're interested in making this guitar yours.

$6270 usd

I'm happy to announce that this guitar is going on tour with the fantastic Tom Brosseau. Check out his website for videos and tour dates.

Tom Brosseau just wrapped up his American and European tour with this Guitar. It was a thrill to have a musician of his character out on the road with one of my guitars. This will be available at Dream Guitars in the next couple weeks. Tom was kind enough to include a hand written note to accompany the guitar as it makes its way to a new home!
