Default Welcome to the future of guitar playing: you're no longer qualified

Better start stretching and get light on your feet if you want to keep up with the new musical performance art.

Love it! Got a handle on all that stuff! More than I would even think to experiment with. That is fun to watch...

Probably the sort of stuff Jimi would be doing right now, had he lived...

I really enjoyed it. Wow. If I get a looper, could I be as good as Tommy Emmanuel?

I sampled my way thru the clip...

She's certainly not without talent, but I'm not a real fan of frenetic, electronic, "everything but the kitchen sink" thrown in type music...

I'm not criticizing, music is always subjective...she's just one of those artists that for me, a little bit goes a long way...

On a positive note, it didn't make me want to give up acoustic guitar...

Kitchen sink is coming in part 2

Seriously, though, I'm with you on this. It's like eating super rich fudge...I can only take it in small doses, but enjoy it

Super boring to me.....I lasted about three minutes and had to turn it off about the time she started singing.I guess she has talent but I just don't care for the style. It just seemed like an endless vamp and she never really got to the song...where and what was the chord progression?

There's something interesting about it, but it's not proper composition that were used to. They stay on one or two chords for what seems like an eternity. But, it's fun to see what the next generation is up to. Consider that some of her contemporaries are doing rap and formulaic pop music. At least it's creative performance art, if nothing else.

Mostly electric. I gave up before it got to the acoustic.
