Actually the top radius is 30' as usual, I rotated the top using the bridge as pivot and gives to the sound box a wedge profile as you can see from the following picture

as I mentioned before.. interesting concept of a negative neckangle with an elevated fingerboard...
did you notice the solution realized in Miss Maple?

not floating, but negative neckangle and elevated

Hi LaFaro,

yes I noticed it, great guitar and beautiful sound, congratulations for your craftmanship!!! Very high level.

I did a classical guitar with negative angle and elevated fingerboard ala Michael Lazar:

For this acoustic guitar I would try the floating neck too!

Ciao,
Enzo

I'll pass your congratulations to Alexander, who built this beauty... I'm "just" the owner and very happy about this..
Also I will tell Alexander about your solution with the floating neck and I'm sure, he will admire it as well..

Jeff Bamburg also builds his guitars with a cantilever neck.

But I'm wondering, does there need to be a larger radius going from heel to neck (photos 8,9 and 10). I hope I'm saying that right. Perhaps some other luthiers could weigh in on that.
Kent Chasson also builds with a cantilevered neck.

Hi Enzo,

I probably do not have enough experience with all of the shops that might be interested but maybe you could start by contacting the shops that sponsor us here on the forum. They would be more helpful than I could be. Best of luck in getting your guitars in the shops here in the US.

Jayne
