Strumming is drumming
Jay Pilkington has been my best friend since I met him when we were both studying jazz guitar at North Texas in '78. Jay is totally blind, and has battled bad rheumatoid arthritis since he was 3 years old (his right elbow is totally frozen).
Jay just put this video up and is starting to create more internet content. It's a great video on how to approach strumming. I'd much appreciate you any support (watching the video, subscribing to his YouTube, etc.) you may feel inclined to do. He is a great guy who has had a very tough road. |

I definitely like his approach. I am of the rhythmically challenged group, so perhaps a targeted audience for him!

I found it helpful, thanks for sharing!
To accent the upstrokes is the hardest part.. Off topic, just checked your video tutorial on "All The Things You Are", and I loved it! |
