Good Beginner/Intermediate Song Books (with Sheet Music)

I am looking for a good song book to practice with. I have the Justinguitar.com beginners song book, but I believe I prefer more of a sheet music format so I can see the beats per measure. Any era of rock music would be okay.

Could any of you recommend a good book? Thanks in advance!
