One other option to the great advice given by Brucebubs and KevWind is with imgur you don’t have to bother resizing. Just post the original size image to AGF - BUT - place the letter S, M, L, or H just before .jpg in the image URL and the image will display as Small, Medium, Large or Huge thumbnail. Even Huge is not overly large for posting.

Yesterday in Sonoma, near the top of Sonoma mountain. You can see the fire damage in the hills across the valley, where it's all blackened. Tremendous weather and beautiful day. Sad to see the destruction of the Sonoma/Napa fires. So much lost.

Dirk, if you ever get to visit down here you may wonder why the bike riders have all these plastic cable-ties sticking out of their bike helmets.

It's to stop Magpies swooping them in breeding season.

One Canberra postman discovered that if you feed the Magpies they become familiar with you and don't swoop. He stops during his rounds every day and feeds up to 30 Magpies.

Yes, last year I had a Red Wing Black bird that hit the top of my helmet with his claws, no doubt defending his territory. I was peddling up a hill and apparently was not doing so fast enough, for his satisfaction

You didn't end the image URLs with .jpg.

Your images, embedded.

Thanks, I didn't realize that the image embedder here wanted the '.jpg', and also noticed that imgur adds a 'i.' before each URL, too.

Quite a few people in Oz have lost eyes to Magpies. During the breeding season Maggies go ballistic.

I tried to do something that looks like one of those home decor magazines.
