Posting Pics on AGF (Photobucket - $400/year? - NOT!)

So am I getting it right that the only way to post a pic saved to Photobucket to the AGF (or other 3rd party website) is to pay Photobucket $400 year for their P500 subscription?

Is Flickr still free or at least reasonable for saving online and posting/sharing?

Thanks for any advice or direction.

Use imgur.com when a link is needed (in the classified forums).
Also, in all the other forums, one can use the attachments icon () to upload images directly off of one's computer.

I dumped PhotoBucket when they went the $400 yr route. Tried Imgur and the AGF app but they always seemed to post my pics super sized.

Finally found Postimage.org which is free and super simple.

• Open your image in imgur.com.
• Hover your courser over it.
• You'll see the image link, a copy button and a down arrow (v) in the upper right, click on the down arrow.

Thanks, Ed! But now that I’ve found Postimage.org I don’t have to go through that rigmarole. Couple of clicks and I’m done. Give it a try.

That privilege--direct uploading of pictures to AGF using the attachment icon--is reserved ONLY for those who pay the 25 dollars per year to become a Charter Member. Everybody else must use imgur.com or some other third party image hosting site--or, alternately, hotlink an image to AGF directly from another web page.
