The two in town and lovely places I stay are always fully booked, and if I tell you where they are they'll probably be fully booked before I get around to making my reservation. Nice try.

We rent a house every year and it’s really the best way for us to do it. If you plan on coming to Woodstock for more than a night or two with a couple of people, you may want to consider it. We usually have 6-7 people staying at the house and everyone brings up a bunch of guitars and gear. I’m already looking forward to next year.

Don't worry, Bruce. I've got it covered;

I've been here in Shandaken, just west of town, for over twenty five years.

I'd happily consider new digs if you'd just clear off that pesky snow.

Here's a place we found. Just over the Hudson, which makes it a bit of a drive, but we felt absolutely Presidential here!
Oh, and look at these guys. Can you name them?

Steve

Ha! You guys from warmer places really lucked out with the weather for the weekend. We've now returned to normal with our first dusting of snow and 22 degree mornings. I get all excited at the first signs of the white stuff, but I have to admit that these days I'm tired of it by the time spring gets here.

I'm a newcomer to the guitar, but I was blown-away by the craftsmanship and beauty of all the instruments on display. And by the great playing!

(another dusting of snow later today, yippee!)
