Amazing!!
I had the pleasure of meeting Vince Gill in Las Vegas about 15-16 years ago. He, Wynona Judd and Reba McIntyre were opening a restaurant and they were having a ground breaking/news conference/PR event. I was photographing the event for one of the corporate sponsors so I was up close and personal. It was set up with three little "sets" for each of the network affiliates to have a short interview with each of the three artists. About 2-3 minutes with one then switch. Vince was the nicest person you could imagine. He made a point to thank the crews of each network as he was exiting each set and turned to me and asked, "Aren't you getting tired of seeing my face?" and laughed. He was as humble as could be. A perfect gentleman. If only he'd brought a guitar with him! Best, PJ
