FS:taylor brazilian 35 anniversary gs
Bob has selected the wood for each guitar in this series. The Brazilian is richly colored, dense and dark,. We're glad Bob didn't decide to load these models down with lots of pearl. Instead, there's a nicely engraved set of inlays on the fretboard and a heavily mottled abalone rosette. Add a Brazilian rosewood arm bevel and binding, Brazilian overlays on both the front and back of the headstock, Gotoh 510 tuners, and that's it. This guitar is all about the wood, and the guitar resulting from combining that wood with 35 years of practice and innovation, rather than being a showcase for decoration.
this has a retail of 19k i bought it new and hardly ever play it. will let it got for $12,500. email me for pics [email protected] as i dont know how to put pics on here!!. this one is signed by bob taylor as well! only 35 guitars were made with Brazilian rosewood back and sides. it's not just Brazilian rosewood sets that Taylor hadn't used yet. this is wood from Bob's stash, and some of it is Brazilian rosewood sets he's been waiting to use for many years.Greg Deering custom designed fretboard inlay, bone nut and saddle
