Epic Quasi Solo Acoustic Guitar Storytelling Sagas
Arlo Guthrie's Alice's Restaurant Massacre clocks in at 18:37 and accounts for the quasi in the title because of the brush drum accompaniment.
David Bromberg's acoustic solo Bullfrog Blues taps at out 16:06 What acoustic elongated endeavor can you add? Last edited by Malachi Irl; 09-25-2017 at 06:54 PM. |

Not acoustic. I used to be in fusion and jam bands. It wasn't uncommon for a song to be generally about 10 minutes long. Could be longer if the solos got crazy. I often miss those days.

Um... About every song Harry Chapin ever did?
"There Only Was One Choice" -- something like 14 minutes long. No instrumental that I can remember. That plus the "One Light" which is actually the intro to this takes up one whole side of the album. |
