Default "Áqua de beber" (A.C. Jobim) - guitar solo fingerstyle

Hello friends of guitar music,

this is my little arrangement of another great Jobim tune. He wrote this song in the year 1963 - the year I was born.... ;-)))
This arrangement was made many years ago - now I finally found the time to record it....

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5xOsW2x9e0Y

Hope you like it...

many greetings from Germany
Gerhard

Amazing! Great groove. I wish more solo players incorporated time into their chord melodies like this (rather than playing rubato so often).

Hi Rob,
such a big compliment from you, a professional guitar player and guitar teacher for me, being only a hobby guitar player, sounds really great - thank you very much for that........
many greetings from Stuttgart/Germany to New Hampshire
Gerhard

Love it! Great job on this classic Jobim song Gerhard. I haven't heard this cool song covered much by solo guitar and your rendition is excellent. If you ever TAB it out I'd love to get it/buy it from you.

I also wonder, why this song is not playerd more often....

Score/tab: my list of songs I should write score/tabs gets even longer... but I hope some day I will have the scor/tabs of it.... ;-)))

Great job, Gerhard. Really nice arrangements!
I am gonna try to learn something from your video

A minor nitpick: in the song's title, it should be áGua (G instead of Q).

Greeting from Brazil.

"Excellent!" said the forum member as he warmed his hands from the heat of his burning guitars.
