I wanted to add some additional thoughts about NAMM being opened to the public but unable to reply from work.

So many of us purchase over the internet without being able to play first. If we could attend a show like NAMM, we would have an opportunity to try out products we don't generally see at our local retailers, then order from an on-line store. At the very least, they should open it up to the public for at least 1 day, perhaps on a saturday before the show closes.

The summer NAMM show is open to the public for 1 day only.
