No idea, really... the repair doesn't look all that professionally done, though... were I to buy it, I'd already have a price from someone who can do the repair correctly! (Just in case...)
Looks to be a "closet queen" otherwise... I would guess between $2k-4k, depending upon how much work (if any) it would take to get it up to speed... I imagine that a great condition 1964 D-28 would be worth far north of $5,000, though...

Mmmm. Broken neck, coming from Thailand, no way to know what the action/playability is, no truss rod, strap button in the wrong place.
You may want to think very hard about those things before making a bid.

I don't think it matters, but note that it's a 1965, not a 1964. I wouldn't feel great about dropping that kind of money on an unknown commodity coming from overseas with already noted repairs.

Kinda makes me think of a line out of one of Clint Eastwoods movies,

Worth checking seller's ebay feedback listing. Rarely sells, and a a lot of what appear duplicated feedback items. Humm ?

It's a grand and change now. Ever price a set of Brazilian, sides and back? I'd send it to Brothers Guitars and have a new neck made for it.
Important to note that '63 was the last year for 100 percent hide glue construction...
