Thumbs up I Stand Alone - Rob Bourassa

One of the nicest songs I have heard in a long. long time. Enjoy!

When he cut loose with that classic lead riff I was astounded....

Obviously a Beatles and McCartney fan...great catchy song, though.

Rob is a blinkin' monster, in my humble opinion.

and the first clip I saw that made me an instant fan:

He's also posted a free complete set of scale and chord lessons and lots of other great instructional material.

Default Thanks for the kind words.

Hi folks,

I was just surfing, and came across this page. I appreciate all the kind words.

I am not much of a singer. As a matter of fact, I am pretty bad, so I don't post many of the tunes I write.

I teach guitar and composition, so I have to post one or two on my channel, but I mostly teach guitar, so it's nice when someone notices one of my little tunes.

Thanks again,

Rob

(Fran, I could listen to your stuff all day).

Ah, but what can compare to Rob single-handedly playing "Dueling Banjos" with an Esteban and a banjo!

Geez, Rob. You could have fooled me. If you're not much of a singer I think I'll just quit while I'm ahead...... Sounds good to me.
