I purchased the CD from UKPhil. He sent it along with a couple of printed pages of notes on the tunes, including tunings and capo usage, and a nice note thanking me for the purchase - very classy! The CD is a joy to listen to and has been in nearly constant rotation in my CD player since. Thanks again UKPhil!
