Default fret problem

So i've been playing my G&L tribute ASAT special and loving it.

the only problem is the very last fret (side closer to bridge) seems to stick out just a little bit from the side of the fretboard. it doesnt really bother me in terms of feel since its so high up, but once in a while, when i strum the guitar a bit (too?) aggressively, the high e string gets caught and stuck there until i pull it out. I dont know if that makes any sense at all?

But if it does, does anybody know how to fix my fret problem? I pretty much need to make that fret flush with the fretboard. is this something fairly simple to do or should i take it to a luthier?

If it doesnt make any sense, i'll take some pictures and post it up here later.

Thanks!

Hi dahn...
A luthier or authorized tech will file it down and make sure the fret wire hasn't loosened. They will also inspect the other fret wires.
