Which pickup for AER alpha?

I'm getting a new Larrivee L-03R and i need to get pickups put in

I own a D-03R but i've been itching to try out the Ls so one's coming my way

I have a b-band A2.2 (which is the UST and AST with a blender) in the D-03R and it's worked well with the AER

I've always been curious about the K&K but i've read some fairly negative things about the combo

What are some other options? I'm strangely considering the AER AK15 plus even though i've never even heard of it until now

Otherwise, i can only think of Element and Dtar wavelength
