The ParaDi has a 10 meg ohm input impedance while the K&K would prefer 1 meg. This can cause an increase in bass frequencies and that can lead to feedback issues.

As YG says, learn to use what you’ve got, all the tools are there. Other preamps have more/better features but unless you develop your listening and control skills those features will be wasted on you.

If you just want to buy more gear then this is a golden opportunity - but probably not a necessity.

Feedback busters work great, I have one for every instrument.

The input impedance of the Para DI is not an issue.
