Gurian J-R
Serial #: C3182
I believe the guitar was made in 1979. Bought used from Lark Street Music/NY. All in all it's very clean for its age. There are a few scuffs, picking marks and scratches, I indicated three of them (top & back of headstock) in the photos. There are a couple of finish scuffs on the back of the neck but I couldn't get them to show in photos. All of these blemishes could be touched up by a competent luthier if you chose to do so. They've never bothered me so I left them alone. There was a neck reset about 8 years ago so the guitar plays well with very comfortable action all the way up to the body joint. This is a beautiful guitar with top notch craftsmanship and materials. Sounds great for fingerstyle or flat picking. Nut width: 1 5/8" 12th fret width: 2 1/16" Materials: Solid Spruce top Indian Rosewood back and sides Mahogany neck Ebony fingerboard Maple Herringbone binding Let me know if you have questions and I'll try to provide. Original case included. $1550 + $75 insured shipping. PayPal.
