Guitaniac,
I didn't mean to say that the DI lowered the signal from my A3. It doesn't seem to affect the volume at all. I would imagine this is so because it's a passive DI Box.

What I meant to say was that when I use the mono out from the A3, it's as though the signal is coming directly from my guitar, meaning the master level from the A3 can be set around noon and not be overpoweringly loud.

I had hoped to simultaneously eliminate the separate DI box while minimizing the piezo quack by using the A3's XLR out and the acoustic guitar modeling capability but it didn't quite work out the way I'd hoped.

I am curious if anyone else has had this issue. Do other similar units behave similarly?

Perhaps this exists for me because I cannot get to the PA itself to adjust anything...
