Phone call with Emerald?
Just booked a call with Emerald through their website to discuss placing an order but am not clear if they will be calling me or if I'm to call them.
Has anyone done this? If so, who initiates the call? Thank you in advance for your help!

The one time that I spoke with Alistair, he called me but it was set up in advance via emails with Kevin. I'm not sure if my cell phone plan would allow me to call internationally, but receiving came through just fine.

I suspect that if you had to provide a phone number when booking the call that they will call you.

Emerald was supposed to call me but didn't so I called them. They offered to call me back but I'd already paid for a month of overseas calls with T-Mobile.
I also inquired about their Guitar Transponder program, the one where they send instruments via phone. Apparently it's not up and running yet. But then, neither is Martin's "We Send a Luthier in a Truck to Your Home and They Build A Guitar to Your Specifications While You Wait" program. Cheers!
