Default NGD: G&L

Was looking for a nice electric to play through my 72 VibroChamp on the front porch and save wear on my R4 Oxblood.

Looking at Teles and elected to try G&L as I had owned a few in the late 90s.

Pulled the trigger on this badboy today. Anticipating delivery mid next week. Gotta stock up on Bourbon for the occasion.

ASAT Classic BluesBoy - Tobacco Sunburst with lightly tinted neck.

Nice! I was looking into the same guitar, to offset the Strat. Like the sunburst, too; the one I was interested in was/is blue, which was okay, but I preferred a sunburst.

Beautiful guitar. Don't know that I can get my head around a tele with a neck humbucker, but I'm sure it'll rip like the others. Might miss that 'twang though.

Make sure you update once you've put her through the paces!

Not a lot of twang going on in most Telecaster neck pickups anyway. (All about the bridge pickup).

Enjoy!

Great choice. That guitar will do pretty much anything you need it to.

Actually, it's "use it well, often, and LOUD"...

I find your response highly illogical...
