My Device Eats Messages...
Someone recently sent me an email inquiring about a koa guitar.
I was literally halfway through the third sentence when the screen was replaced with a Canada Post shipping notification. The email has disappeared completely, no trace in any inbox, trash, or archive. Completely voided into the ether. On the offchance that it was someone from here and that you read this, I'm not ignoring you... |

I would suggest:
[1] Undo (crtl-z) or (command-z) [2] Check to see if you did the old accidental drag and drop. Look for the email in a folder above or below your inbox. (or just search the entire mailbox and subfolders for keywords you recall from the e-mail) [3] Login to webmail (if you have it) and see if the e-mail exists online. Good luck!

If you have multiple devices where emails come to - phone, computer(s), iPad/Tablets...... see if it is still there before you refresh them.

Also, just search your email using the keyword "koa". Maybe it'll come up.
