Default Martin ceo-7 : pickup suggestion

Installing a pickup in a buddy's ceo-7 for him. Which pickup you recommend for that size guitar? Will mainly be used in a mancave thru t tc helicon voicelive pedal and thru tc helicon fx150 PA system. If his health improves he hopes to do some coffee shop gigs as life goal for him in his time left. So trying to help him out to fulfill those dreams as he may only have few months (cancer).

Was thinking the baggs lyric, k&k pure mini, fishman rare earth blend or m80. I lean towards first two so his unplugged volume isn't affected and he doesn't have to remove.

Thoughts? Open to other suggestions as well.

The K&K my friend installed in his sounds marvelous through his AER Compact 60/3 in a larger coffee house where he played this past Friday evening. It sounds like a much larger guitar plugged in.

I’d also recommend the Lyric. No fuss, no modification to the guitar. Excellent unit.

I got my D-35 with the Lyric pickup today. So I got to actually hear it for myself...I'm 100% pleased with it. The volume control in the soundhole works out very well for me. The sound is very nice. I wouldn't trade it for anything.
