Default Tonedexter 1 - Phantom Power -Training

Hello everyone. I have a question regarding the Tonedexter and using condenser mics for the training, obviously.

I tried doing the training last night with (3) different MXL Condenser microphones, and none of them worked at all, not even registering or getting through the “LVL” phase of training.

I plugged in an SM57, and the process was smooth and everything worked as it is supposed to.

My question is, is it possible that somehow the phantom power is turned OFF on my Tonedexter? If so, how do I go about turning that back on?

Thanks so much.

There is no off switch, the 48v phantom is always ON.

You may have an issue with your unit. Contact Audio Sprockets.

For anyone wondering, it was a bad XLR Cable.
