2004 Gibson Songwriter Deluxe
SALE PENDING: I have decided to relist my 2004 Gibson Songwriter Deluxe. The great is in excellent condition, plays great, and has tone to die for. The neck is straight, intonation is very good, action at the 12th fret big E is 4/32" with lots of saddle to drop it if you like, original case included is also in good shape. The only real issue with the guitar is a slight finish lift in front of the bridge, this is pretty common on the early 2000's model Gibson's, it has not changed in the 7 years I have owned the guitar. I upgraded the tuners to Grover keystones, the original gold rotomatics will be included in the case I am asking $1100 plus shipping Paypal or Postal Money Order.

These are great sounding guitars! Mine has the high end sparkle of a Taylor, but with the Gibson thump, and plays a helluva lot better than a Taylor in my book!

It's just the finish bridge is very tight. I have seen the same thing on several SWD's from that time frame. I was told it was something to do with the way they were cleaning the sound boards to apply the bridge, but who knows. The SWD is one of the best sounding guitars Gibson makes.

It does have the factory pickup I believe it is a Fishman, has a good sound. The neck is the standard Gibson 1.725"
