Default Can someone help me with this song? "Queen of Hearts" by Gregg Allman

Fantastic cover of a lesser-known Gregg Allman tune from his first solo album. NOT Juice Newton's song of the same name. I've got the first five chords, but then he loses me. Just help me with the intro and verse for now. I'll worry about the bridge after I get those down. Thanks!

I'm not an expert but the 5th chord looks like a C#7(#9) or a partial of that (the "Hendrix chord") which would be x4345x then he just lifts his pinky off and barres the 2nd thru 4th strings with his index finger which would make it x4343x.... Then it sounds like he goes to a Dmaj7 or xxo222 while walking the bass note of the 4th string from E to Eb to open D and then up to the 5th string 4th fret (C#/Db...not sure which is the proper way to refer to it)

Very helpful. I'll give those a try. Thanks.

Yes, a fantastic job, and it doesn't look terribly hard but sounds great if I can get the progression down. Hard to see exactly what he's doing in spots.

If you haven't, there are numerous web-based chord sites you should be able to find the song. If they are written in a different key, simply transpose. Here's one.

Sorry, I meant Epi Dove. Just checked on his Youtube channel. It's an Epiphone Dove.
