What strings on your Emerald Amicus?
Howdy folks! I'm about to purchase an Emerald Amicus, and I was wondering if any Amicus owners use medium strings on theirs, does that cause any problems, does it sound good, etc? Thanks for your perusal and consideration.

I had a Amicus for a week and enjoyed it. Curious why medium strings? It is such a short scale length and double strings besides. You would think you would want to go lighter? I doubt mediums would hurt it, and it's a cheap thing to try.

Hey Steve. I just hate the feel of light strings, they feel like they're gonna break at any time. Plus I love the "fatter" sound of mediums. I just wonder if the fatter strings might be too close together on that small guitar, or something.
Why did you only own your Amicus a week, if you don't mind my asking? Thanks, Marcus
