We don't use our tub a lot, but there are some times when I am grateful it is there.

A good friend has been using his tub a lot in recent months, after getting a knee replacement at age 72. Don't know if you want to be prepared for such a possibility.

If I were you, I'd keep the tub and find another way to create additional storage space.

But, I'm not you.

I'll also add to already mentioned - "resale". A tub is pretty much a necessity for any family with young kids.

Best,

Rick

If I had the $$$, that's what I'd do. As it is, I use the warm water pool at my club 4-5 times per week...
