How do you affix these to the top, and I assume the bigger one you have left would fit a D28?

Hi Rockabilly, Please don't assume. The second line of the ad gives you the link to the instructions page and the templates. Print out the templates and make sure you print at 100% and not shrunk to fit a certain paper size. Simply cut out the template and see where it fits on your guitar. The armrest has a ridge on the underside above the sticker (in my 3rd picture) and it attaches there so that the rest has a thin strip of 3M tape about the thickness of the herringbone or whatever purfling you have). The rest then extends out over the top so that the top can vibrate free of the weight of your forearm.
