Samson Go-mic... worth getting?

I've figured out my computer's mic is absolutely terrible, not just for music, but for talking, etc... I don't have money, time, or space for anything fancy, but I saw a few videos that show this Samson Go-mic being pretty good for capturing guitar and vocals. Who else has this little mic? I'm not trying to do anything professional, but I'm to the point that I have a few songs I'd like to cover and put on youtube.

I do have a pair of headphones that were about $50, so it should be good enough to pair with this mic, I'm guessing.
