Default Re-gluing Martin micarta bridge

I recently bought a Martin D-17 and the other day notice that the micarta bridge is starting to lift. I've repaired this successfully before in other guitars but dont know what glue to use in this micarta bridge.

I also thought about the possibility of buying a new ebony Martin bridge but dont know if its going to fit perfectly or where to buy an original.

I would appreciate some ideas of what to do.

Thanks !

Micarta is basically laminated paper. I'd think you'd use exactly the same approach you would for wood.

I read in the Martin Forum that super glue is used for this. How do I prevent from messing up the glue?
