Default Larry Norman's last public performance (solo and with PEOPLE playing their 1968 hit)

I went to a San Jose Rock & Roll hall of fame dinner and the band People reunited that night. This was last October 2007 and was significant because all the original members were there including Larry Norman who passed away on 2/24/08. This was Larry's last public performance.

Hey ... thanks for posting. Brought back some memories of my early teen years.

As a child of the 60's and a "Jesus Freak" in my own right, I'm very much appreciative of the links to what I guess you've indicated was his last performance.

Larry has had an impact on the Christian music scene that is significant as did Phil K., Randy S., Michael C., and others.

It was sad that he was taken, but the obvious joy is for him to now be where he always longed to be.
I hope that he is given a guitar up there (not theologically sound, but you know why I say that), or a keyboard, so that he can play his songs.

One of the first songs I learned on the guitar (not 'THE' first, but one of them), was "I Wish We'd All Been Ready" and I covered it many times at Youth Group Rallies and church services.

Had he ever endorsed (to keep this about guitars) any particular type of guitar over the years? I can't say I know.

Thanks guys for checking those videos out. They are really priceless and it's the first time the band People got back together to perform. That hit song of theirs is a great one!
Really glad I got to see his last public performance.
