For Sale: 2010 Lowden S-35 Cocobolo/Alpine SOLD

This is a beautiful and great sounding guitar. The body depth enhances the note bloom and every note is crystal clear. The Cocobolo Rosewood on this guitar is fabulous! It is straight grain Red and deep brown. The top is Bear claw Alpine Spruce which is the perfect pairing for the Cocobolo back and sides. There are a few pick pecks near the sound hole and one indentation on the top (both pictured). This guitar has only been played in my smoke free home. It is a short scale, deep body instrument and it is a dream to play. Includes a Hiscox Pro case.

I’ve traded away two Lowdens, a 1993 O23, and a 1995 F12.
The biggest regrets of my life. I’d give my left 🥜 to have them back...even though it would effect my wind tunnel tests!

Notice the back of this 35: At that time, the 35 style back center stripe, the binding on back and sides were the same as it is now on the current 50 series.
35s back and sides have become plainer in 2011...
