Grater guitar than skills
I continue to strive to play at one fourth of the skill most of my guitars deserve, but boy is it fun and they don't seem to mind !

I guess I did not take this as a post that says what kind of guitar should you buy relative to your skill.
I took it is as what is your skill relative to your guitar? As one of the people who owns a couple of guitars that far surpass my ability to play I am in the first group. Does it mean I should not own them? nope. I was happy to see the post. Makes me feel not alone. |

^^^ This in 'spades'...we would not have had the revival in luthiery we've seen over the last 20 or 30 years if not for the many well-heeled, upper middle class, average guitar players who have spent most of their lives working and playing guitar mostly as a hobby.
