Default MLB Playoffs

I can't remember when or if the Indians were ever "favored" to win it all.
They are this year.
GO TRIBE!

I love the idea of a Cubs/Indians rematch.

I root for the Dodgers but this year I think their posers, esp. the way they've misplayed the last month.
Cleveland looks anointed.........

How about one of the Diamondback's coach getting caught wearing an Apple Watch during their wildcard game? I wonder if this one will quietly go away?

I'm not sure who I'm rooting for this year. Maybe the Dodgers.

What makes me sad is how many ex-Detroit Tigers are playing this year for playoff teams. What went wrong in Detroit?

Who would have thought both Sale (Boston) and Kluber (Cleveland) would have both had terrible starts? Sad to see Boston down 0-2 - they've been demolished in both games. Hopefully Fenway will be friendlier.

At least the Yankees are also down 0-2.

...and I'd have to say in shock at the moment.
I don't know how the series will come out but it does my heart good to see the "Media Darlings" of the Bronx looking like they are, just another pretty good MLB baseball team. The play where the runner who was thrown out at second on the attempted bunt might be one of the single greatest plays by a catcher and a shorstop I have ever seen...absolute perfection!

Big win for my Cubbies last night. To beat Strasburg when he had that good of stuff is huge.

Indians look unstoppable.

Injuries and awful pitching. Especially at the closer spot!
