Ear;y Morning Blues, on the revoiced version From memory the first one was a mix of the pickup and direct from the camera, the second using a Zoom H2N - so not the most accurate comparison unfortunately.

Nice playing! Both sound fine. Hard to compare, as you stated, but I would be a very happy camper with either.

Yes, mighty fine pickin' there, tdq! To my ear, the first L13 sounded more jangly, the second much warmer.

Yep, great pickin' , I enjoyed that !
I also only just discovered that on my iPad I can toggle instantly between the two clips, ie: If I start one playing , then press play on the other one, it stops A and starts B with no delay, so good for comparisons, but I still don't know which I'd call "best". I'd agree the second one sounds warmer and is more colourful ! |

Thanks fellas. I've said it before, but I'll say it again. If these were around when I got my CA GX probably would have ended up with one instead. A great little guitar, probably my favourite CF model. I know they are as rare as hen's teeth in the US, now that I'm back in Oz it's unlikely I'll see one again, more's the pity.
