nearly 12 hours after 'the big news' breaks....and no comments, jokes, accusations or presidential campaigns in the wake of "The Arnold's" announcement.....I'll be back

No big surprise for us in California. Big Hollywood type with a huge ego and enough money to play politics. No surprise here.

I'm not surprised by ANY actions done by anyone in the spotlight. Affairs, drug use/abuse, rehab, divorce, children born from affairs, drunk driving, murder, theft, etc. by any actor/actress, politician, evangelist, etc. has no shock value with me. I'm so numb to anything on the TV.

Well, I don't know about the other things, but the long list of infidelities that have ripped so many traditional families apart throughout recent history does tend to suggest that monogamy for human beings is like trying to fit a square peg in a round hole .... so to speak!

Not my--nor anybody's gov. Feel bad for Maria. But the press & public needs to respect their privacy. When the "Monkey Business" escaped from the boat basin and derailed Gary Hart's career, it was the end of an era. I'm not so sure the 24/7 news cycle enabling global voyeurism is good for anyone any more.
